Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact Us and Donation forms
Contact Us form: The WordPress CMS keeps form submissions for 1 day. Then they are automatically deleted from the database. The forms are forwarded to the intended persons, automatically. No data is kept.
Donation form: Donations are run through PayPal and records are retained on PayPal. Any entries collected by WordPress are automatically deleted.

We do not set up cookies to be saved in your browser.

Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone, unless you choose to allow your contact information to be available on the Shared Mailing List, when subscribing to our Mailchimp mailing list. This list is only available to members of St. Nicholas upon request and is not posted online.
How long we retain your data
If you submit data using any form on this site, the form entry will not be retained. All data is set-up to be deleted automatically with the exception of the Request to Attend form, which is used to attend the Outdoor Services. We must save the entries for COVID contact tracing purposes for the county of Marin.
